Melamine impregnated paper is a kind of adhesive paper, made of solid color base paper or printed decorative paper, impregnated with resin (melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin), and dried to a certain degree, with a certain resin content and volatile content. It can be laminated each other as HPL or laminated on wood-based panel as decorative surface. Melamine impregnated paper has the best characteristics of wear-resistant, waterproof, oil-resistant and anti-corrosion, is an excellent surface decor for a variety of decorative panels and flooring.
The Melamine impregnated paper’s raw base paper gram weight is always 70-120g/m², the normal size is 1250mmx2470mm, or as customer’s requests.
